Orders can be placed through our official website, email, or authorized sales representatives. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability confirmation from 3 COLDS.

Custom orders require detailed specifications and may involve additional lead times for manufacturing. We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification before processing any order.

Order confirmation will be provided via email within 48 hours of order submission. Orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges unless specifically stated.

Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. Alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated for established business partners.

Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, letter of credit, and other internationally recognized payment instruments. All banking charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship globally using reputable freight forwarders and shipping companies. Delivery terms are typically FOB (Free on Board) from our manufacturing facility unless otherwise specified.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, shipping availability, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing appropriate insurance coverage for international shipments.

3 COLDS provides a limited warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Warranty periods vary by product type and are specified in individual product documentation.

Warranty coverage excludes damage due to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications made without our authorization. Returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to restocking fees.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation within the warranty period. Our liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective products at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 COLDS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.
